I just wanted to thank Kay for the beautiful dance routine she came up with for our first dance! She put both my husband and I at ease during the lessons – as we are both complete novices - and broke everything down into manageable moves.

We hadn’t told anyone we were doing a proper first dance, let alone taking lessons. So once the music started playing and we started our routine everyone was amazed.

Thank you so much to Kay for making our big day even more memorable.

From our initial contact through to our final lesson, Kay made us both feel at ease and the private one on one tuition allowed us to gain composure and confidence without feeling embarrassed.

We both had little experience of formal dance prior to our first lesson, but within a few weeks we both felt at ease with the dance steps and were able to coordinate ourselves to the rhythm of the music, thus building our confidence for our big day. Thankfully the help from Kay gave us the confidence to deliver a successful dance to many surprised family and guests on our wedding day.

Kay's knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for dance was apparent from the outset. Kay has a great personality and has a natural ability to put you at your ease right from the start.

We had a few songs in mind and she worked with us to help us decide which was the one we could most easily dance to, she also involved us throughout the development of the choreography of the number. Our lessons were great fun and we were pleasantly surprised at what we managed to achieve.

Kay helped us to stun our friends and family with a fabulous first dance. Our wedding guests had been expecting the usual 2 minute shuffle around the dance floor but how wrong they were.

Our teacher (Kay) immediately put us at our ease and helped us to put a great first dance routine together.

It was simple but very effective and was met with huge cheers from our guests. We had so much fun learning the dance; it was a great thing to have lessons in the build up to the wedding, a lovely thing to do as a couple as it really makes you focus on the two of you.

Kay was professional and prepared in advance so she got the most out of us in our lessons, but was also flexible and happy to create, add and adapt ideas to suit our individual needs.

John and I look to continue our new found love of dancing.
